Anti-dumping duty
An anti-dumping duty is an additional charge imposed when imports are found to be unfairly priced.
The EU adopts anti-dumping measures after an investigation, often with rates that differ by producer. Classification, origin, producer identity and supporting documents determine the applicable rate.
