EU Declaration of Conformity

The EU Declaration of Conformity is the manufacturer’s confirmation that a product meets the applicable EU requirements.

The manufacturer draws up the EU Declaration of Conformity after the conformity assessment. Before placing goods on the market, an importer should check that the declaration, technical file and markings match the exact model and are available.
