PFAS

PFAS are persistent fluorinated chemicals whose use is being restricted in many products and packaging applications.

PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are regulated because of their persistence and potential health and environmental effects. For coatings, paper and textile products, importers should request current compliance and test documentation.
