How to read the table

Sample sizes and acceptance/rejection numbers are based on ISO 2859-1 (equivalent to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4). AQL 1.0 means: maximum 1% of pieces may have the critical defect. With sample size 80 and AQL 1.0: up to 2 defective pieces → accept, 3 or more → reject. Rule of thumb: open √N cartons.
